Jeremy Martinson is a CFO and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with over 20 years of experience leading financial strategy and operations for startups and small businesses. A natural problem solver, Jeremy’s early entrepreneurial spirit showed when he launched a candy distribution business as a teenager. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in finance, with a master’s concentration in real estate finance. Throughout his career, Jeremy has delivered expertise in tax planning, business strategy, and real estate, including serving as CFO or COO for multiple companies, such as Geneva Healthcare Solutions, which achieved a $65M exit in 2019. He also served as Treasurer of the Financial Planning Association of San Diego for five years. Jeremy’s approach focuses on providing clear insights and direction that help clients confidently navigate complex financial decisions and scale their businesses.

Outside the office

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, SCUBA diving, and engaging in community service. He has served on boards and as treasurer for numerous local organizations, including the La Mesa Historical Society, Boys and Girls Club of East County, and La Mesa Arts Foundation. Friends and family describe him as intense, level-headed, and always ready to tackle a challenge.
